Registration for Junior Members will take place Friday 9th April 2010 in the Clubhouse at Spofforth Cricket Club.

Times:

U9's	6.30pm - 7.00pm
U11,13,15,17's	7.00pm - 8.00pm

To help us make this procedure as painless as possible:-

Re-registration of last year's Junior Members.

Part completed forms will be available for those Juniors who were registered members in 2009 so there is no need to duplicate this form. Parents will be asked to check that all details are correct, complete the medical questionnaire, sign and make payment. The last two pages relating to code of conduct are to be kept for your reference.

New Members

Please download and complete the Application for Junior Membership in advance of the evening. The last two pages relating to code of conduct are to be kept for your reference.

Registrations by post.

If you are unavailable on Friday 9th April and/or wish to register by post then please complete the membership form in full and return it to Mr Howard Griffiths (the address is on the form) in advance of the coaching season, Friday 16th April, together with the appropriate subscription. SUBSCRIPTIONS 2010
Junior Member	£25.00	Payable on Registration

Includes social membership for 2 x Parents/Guardians

For multiple memberships from the same parents/guardians subsequent memberships are £15.00

PLEASE NOTE THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN ADVANCE OF ANY JUNIOR TRAINING OR COMPETITIVE CRICKET.

Following club registration Junior Members will automatically be registered with the Wetherby Junior Cricket League in time for the commencement of the season in order that they qualify to play competitive cricket throughout the season.
